Lachlan Brown is the founder and editor of Hack Spirit. He has a background in psychology, has practised meditation for more than a decade, and writes about character, relationships and getting older. He’s based in Singapore.
He started Hack Spirit in 2016 as a personal project about mindfulness and Eastern philosophy. Over time it grew into a site about everyday character: how to be a better friend, partner, parent and person.
He sets the site’s voice and direction and signs off on its editorial standards.
