Women who always attract the right people in life usually display these 7 subtle behaviors

There’s a real knack to attracting the right people into your life. And as someone who’s spent years studying relationships, I’ve noticed it’s not about flashy charisma or being overly assertive.

It’s more about those little habits that some women seem to effortlessly have. You know, the ones that naturally draw in positive, uplifting, and inspiring folks.

These behaviors aren’t rocket science. They’re simple, everyday actions that can make a huge impact.

In this article, we’ll discuss seven of those subtle behaviors these women consistently exhibit. And guess what? You can start incorporating them into your own life to attract the right people.

1) They practice active listening

We all know communication is key in any relationship, whether it’s personal or professional. But how often do we actually listen to what others are saying?

One of the subtle behaviors that women who attract the right people display is active listening.

Active listening goes beyond just hearing the words spoken. It involves being fully engaged in a conversation, giving undivided attention, and responding appropriately to what’s being said.

People feel valued and respected when they’re truly heard. This not only strengthens existing relationships but also attracts new ones.

2) They are not people-pleasers

This might sound counterintuitive, but women who constantly attract the right people are not in the habit of pleasing everyone around them.

This doesn’t mean they’re rude or dismissive. Quite the opposite, they’re respectful and considerate. But they understand that they can’t please everyone without compromising their own values and self-worth.

These women are comfortable saying no when necessary. They set boundaries and maintain them, because they recognize that their time and energy are precious.

Ironically, this behavior which may seem off-putting to some, tends to attract the right kind of people. It draws in individuals who respect their boundaries and appreciate their authenticity.

3) They value their independence

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in my journey is the importance of independence in relationships. It’s something I have explored in-depth in my book, Breaking The Attachment: How To Overcome Codependency in Your Relationship.

Women who effortlessly attract the right crowd have a strong sense of independence. They hold onto their individuality, even within relationships or social circles.

They know they’re whole by themselves; they don’t rely on someone else to “complete” them. This self-reliance is super appealing—it radiates confidence and self-assurance.

And you know what else? Being independent means they’re not afraid to fly solo. They cherish their alone time, using it to recharge, reflect, and pursue their passions.

4) They embrace vulnerability

This might sound surprising, but vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness. It’s something I’ve had to learn and embrace personally over the years.

Women who attract the right people aren’t afraid to be vulnerable. They’re open about their feelings, their fears, and their dreams. This openness allows others to connect with them on a deeper level.

Brené Brown, a renowned research professor and author, once said, “Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome.”

These women embody this quote. They understand that vulnerability isn’t about being weak, but about being brave enough to show their authentic selves.

5) They have a positive attitude

Speaking from personal experience, I can’t stress enough how much a positive attitude can transform your life. It’s like a magnet, drawing in good folks and opportunities.

Women who naturally attract the right crowd radiate positivity. They view challenges as chances to grow, not roadblocks. They’re all about finding solutions, not dwelling on problems.

Now, that’s not to say they’re blind to life’s ups and downs. They face struggles and have their off days too. But they opt to stay optimistic, seeing the glass as half full.

Their upbeat outlook helps them bounce back and uplift those around them. It’s a major reason they attract the right people into their lives.

6) They are empathetic

Empathy is a trait that I hold close to my heart. It’s the ability to understand and share the feelings of others, which is a cornerstone of any meaningful relationship.

Women who attract the right people are usually high on empathy. They can put themselves in other people’s shoes, understand their perspectives, and respond with kindness and understanding.

As the famous saying by Plato goes, “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.” These women live by this philosophy. They understand that everyone has their own struggles and they approach people with compassion and patience.

Their empathetic nature makes them more approachable, relatable, and ultimately attracts those who value emotional intelligence and sensitivity.

7) They embrace their flaws

Let’s get real here—nobody’s flawless. We’ve all got our quirks, hang-ups, and areas we’re working on.

Now, those women who seem to draw in all the right folks? They’re all about embracing their imperfections. They get that it’s these very flaws that make us human, relatable, and interesting.

They don’t try to hide their shortcomings or put on a front. Instead, they own their mistakes and vulnerabilities, seeing them as opportunities for growth and self-discovery.

And you know what? That authenticity is downright magnetic. It pulls in people who value realness over perfection, who appreciate genuine connections.

Embrace your authenticity, attract your tribe

Attracting the right crowd isn’t about morphing into someone you’re not. It’s about getting comfy in your own skin and letting your true self shine.

Now, the tips we’ve chatted about aren’t quick fixes. They’re habits to nurture, mindsets to adopt, and perspectives to explore. And remember, it’s not about aiming for perfection; it’s about making progress.

As a relationship buff, I know these points can seriously up your game. But hey, understanding them intellectually is one thing—putting them into action is where the magic happens.
