1) Aligns with your values
Different personality types have different values.
The first thing you want to look at is whether the job you’re doing is part of a field or industry that aligns with your personal values and beliefs.
For example, if you’re a vegan and love animals, it wouldn’t make sense for you to be selling fur coats or to be a chef at a BBQ joint, would it?
However, it would totally make sense for you to be a vet! Healing animals would be the perfect job for you!
And if you’re a pacifist, then you shouldn’t be a soldier. A peacekeeper would be up your alley.
2) It makes use of your strengths
If you look at the different personality types out there, you’ll notice that each has its strengths and weaknesses.
What makes the job you’re doing perfect for you is that it uses your strengths.

As I mentioned earlier, jobs play a large part in our lives.
We spend a significant chunk of our adult lives working, which is why it’s important to find the perfect job for your personality type.
And one of the things that makes a job perfect is that it gives you a sense of purpose.
Obviously, not everyone will get a sense of purpose from the same thing. It all depends on your personality.
For example, if you’re a creative type, you’ll feel a sense of purpose and get satisfaction from working as a photojournalist.
