It’s true – the blue light emitted by our devices tricks our brains into thinking it’s still daytime, thereby suppressing the production of melatonin, the sleep hormone.

I noticed a significant difference in my energy levels when I made a conscious effort to limit my screen time, particularly in the evenings.

2) Skipping breakfast

Hey, I get it. Mornings can be chaotic and sometimes, breakfast is the first thing to get pushed aside.

But here’s the thing – skipping breakfast may be contributing to your tiredness.
