Mornings — they can make or break your day, can’t they?
Just how you start your day can often set the tone for the rest of it.
For years, I’ve been trying to perfect my morning routine, and after lots of trial and error, I’ve discovered that there are certain actions that can set you up for a successful day.
I’m not talking about just having a healthy breakfast or hitting the gym (though those are great too).
I’m referring to specific habits that gear up your mindset for productivity and success.

As for me, one of the first things I do each morning is to take a few moments to express gratitude.
It could be for the warm sunlight streaming through my window, the hot cup of coffee waiting for me in the kitchen, or even just the fact that I’m alive and well.
