Most people adopt a rigorous exercise routine and diet plan so that they can feel better in their clothes.

But if you really want to kick things up a notch this year, ask yourself what you can do to look better naked.

After all, if we look and feel good naked, we’ll look and feel good with our clothes on too.

Here are 15 simple ways you can look better naked, and they aren’t as hard as you might think.

1) Establish Routines With Your Food

While everyone is out there telling you to get creative with your foods, reducing the variety of foods you eat can actually help you consume fewer calories during a meal.

If you eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day, it’s one less thing to think about, and it can contribute to better choices to make the most of the meals you are eating.

2) Use Anti-cellulite Products

You can pick up any number of bath products that are designed to help you scrub away cellulite.

It happens to be one of the main reasons women avoid wearing shorts and even bathing suits.

Every woman on the planet has some amount of cellulite so don’t let it bother you so much.

3) Get More Sun
